This is a show dedicated to talking about politics. There was a general election and some stuff changed. But apparently not the Prime Minister, at least not yet. Hung parliaments are awesome. Anyway we cover potential fines for annoying acts; election results near where we are (and some others); how the BNP did (and the worrying amount of votes they got); hung parliament possibilities; why people can't vote in a 15hr period and various other bits and pieces. 105 - This Is What You Get When Technology Sucks

If Ronseal were writing this bio, the title would be much the same. We recorded a good show. It had full details of Dave's holiday and then the hell that came after. It had Mike's trip to Liverpool detailed. There were other bits as well including the prerecorded bit about politics (we did polls to see who Dave should vote for).
Yeah that all got deleted apart from the politics bit. So, what you do have is a show where Mike and Dave are pissed off, tired and cant be bothered to put effort in. This is what you get when technology sucks.
The next show release will be somepoint soon (hopefully) and will be a catchup of news and TFLN which amassed while Dave was away

104 - The Trouble With Train Stations

We are back with normal shows again! Mike and Dave review the Airbourne gig. Mike released bonus audio of his hatred of people at train stations. However this got incorporated into this show with new stories as people fucking suck at using train stations. News includes Mr Illegal Immigrant...really Virgin?!; super sized last supper; Topless gardener causing problems; Australia redneck issues; Dying man refused water. Methodrone is being banned, cause that makes sense. We talk politics in the run up to the general election and theres some TFLN. We also talk about Wrestlemania. Its the usual stuff which is funny. Funnier than a positive STD result, unless its someone else getting the positive result, then its 50/50. Actually, I'll settle 60/40. RRP is funnier than getting an STD, FACT! Hey! Its our 100th show! We talk about the defining moments for us of the previous 99. We talk about the bits we forgot to mention from February Midweek in Manchester. Mediorce meals and cancelled trains, the next day in Manchester was awesome! Mike discusses his recent wisdom teeth extraction. Mike had an idea of doing Kool-Aid tasting for the show. That idea fucking sucked! This comes up, a lot. Mike reviews the Trivium and Skindred gigs. Put all that stuff together with TFLN and news stories about people making porn to pay for a wedding; assaults with the penis; a couple who love their virtual kid allow their real one to die - thats what I call a show. Show 100 for that matter. Music from Skindred, Trivium, Iron Maiden and Metallica.

Wow, another month off? What happened to the RRP? Basically, we address why shows aren't as frequent as they once were. Mike talks about how he is still job hunting. We review the manchester trip to go see Rammstein (theres more we didn't talk about, tune in for show 100). Big meaty TFLN segment for this show (Hey, we've been gone for a month). We link back to previous shows by updating the blue tarp castle man and the man city fan whose dumb (moreso than the others). We cover some of the weird news thats occured while we've been away. Hey, Mike and Dave haven't released anything since December, since the last decade. Have they given up? Answer: no. This is the comeback show after a month long hiatus, and its a bumper show! We cover the decade just gone with what happened, what we lost, and what flopped. Kids are strangling each other, which is just stupid. PC again has gone mad, going after bingo callers now. We look at other things including racist webcams, divorce vouchers, a female car park, going to extreme lengths to avoid spending new years with the family, and a group of weight watchers people falling through floors. Along with the TFLN, the show is back.

One day, Mike turned to Dave and said "we don't often do shows dedicated to talking about music. We should do!" Musical Musings is the lovechild of that discussion. Not that any impregnating happened during that....anyway moving on. We cover the fact that Metallica have more than one song (seriously, Enter Sandman is good, but there's alot to choose from!) We talk about Ronnie James Dio and his bad news. Stone Sour have a new album out in 2010 which equals good times. We talk about festivals and how Download is expensive. NME have listed their top 100 songs of the decade. Firstly, we feel old. Secondly, Johnny Cash - Hurt should be significantly higher. Thirdly, fuck off is the no-one song the best of the last ten years. There are random silences during this list while we listen to the songs. We could have been more professional about it and download the songs we wanted to listen to, but that would have been illegal. Music from Metallica, Dio, and Joy Division

Basically, this show came about because we were nearly 1hr 15mins into the last show and hadn't touched upon any of the discussion topics, Cowbell News or Texts From Last Night. A lengthy TFLN starts the show. The discussion topics start with a group of "sexist" and "racist" phrases that could face being banned just incase they might offend people. We cover a campaign to stamp out the use of phrases such as "That's so gay" as everytime its used, its intent is to slur against every gay person whose ever lived, ever......apparently. We happily bid farewell to Big Brother, question whether Microsoft are nothing more than giant bunch of racists and look at the best 100 metal albums ever (according to the Greeks) and worst managerial reigns. Mike was linked to a porn DVD shop which sells DVDS called "Uhoh, There's A Negro In My Daughter!" so the DVD bios get read, just wow. Cowbell news includes an embarrasing infidelity punishment, woman fired for shouting over email, American animal charity worker kills her dog, Homo Sapiens Zoo signs appear in Bristol and a boy addicted to the internet killed at the rehab camp. Three lists appear in the show, 10 reasons why gay marriage is wrong (which Mike is really hoping is a joke), MTV and top 25 albums and classic rock and top 30 rock singers. This creates some debate with these lists and there are a lot of music clips to accompany it. Dave has the anger and Mike has the excitement about NIN coming to the UK. There is some news as well. This is a stupid woman and a polar bear enclosure, an american beating the demon out of his 3yr old, political smears and no10 downing street and some Twitter talk. Dave returns to the fold, eh, and critiques the show he wasn't on. Mikey talks about a supermarket story (har har yes, a story with Mike and food, har!) involving a certain brand of ham. We talk about the first band announcement from a festival which Mikey and Dave both went to this year. We go through the Good, the Bad, and The Killers. We talk about the football club that is much loved by the RRP, Portsmouth FC. We talk about Diarra and January, Newcastle and Hereenveen and Tony Adams, eh. The cowbell news is about some angry monkeys beating their trainer off....with a stick, eh, the shoe-thrower and his possible wife, a man who is suing an airline for a very legitimate reason *shifty eyes*, another unfortunetly named kid with stupid parents, a man with an addictive personality - but no longer for smokes, eh, and a gay footballer who has sex with other gay footballers (which somehow relates to David Beckham, but doesn't everything, eh), . Dave couldn't make the recording due to work commitments, so Mikey is joined by Paul for this show. Mike had "bad speaking syndrome" throughout the whole show. Anyways, the show starts with a teacher making a black girl in her class simulate being on a slave ship. We ask the question, "seriously, who throws a shoe"? A story about a pregnant woman being ticketed is also on the show. We go through a website where you can hire little people, oh what fun! Mikey and Paul try a beverage known as Cherry B. The other cowbell news stories that are featured are about the Illinois governor trying to sell Obamas Senate seat, Brokeback Mountain censorship, what questions are you asking online? Poole smells of garlic, but why? A strange man and the things he can do with his eyelids are looked at, as is a man who does good deeds dressed as batman. We return after a mini break with a winter clean up show. We talk about Daves numb mouth and how annoying it is becoming, fucking dentist! Mikes acquisition of an iPhone and then proceed to flick through some of the apps. Old show linkage is introduced as Coldplay are up to their old tricks again, but with the same song! They’ll hack anything. Bad Bands is part deux of Cjizzles *rapping*. Cowbell news covers many topics old and new including stupid men with guns and horses, terrorist lego – the ultimate Christmas present? The guy from show 11 is up to his old mischievous deeds again, but its probably unsafe for him to walk back to India....wait. He really hates money it would seem. Collective decision to revert back to old mic means no static in this show. Work is ongoing to sort out the studio. This show includes two long awaited album reviews, one good, one not so good. Bad bands involves a *rapper*, hes white ya'll. Mike tells a story to almost try to clear his name over a certain issue which for once, isnt racism, sexism or anti-semitism! Isn't the song Roxanne awesome? Anyways... Cowbell news revolves around douches, diarroeha births, incompetent managers, bizarre bill payments, epic song breaks during worktime, meh and Hitler! Static. Isn't is a delightful sound? Pre-show tests lied to me, so we're still looking for a solution to end the sound woes. Anyways, we talk about subscribing to the show and how easy it is. The great soft drink debate takes place, albeit it wasn't exactly a debate because we were in complete agreement. Radio 1 careers website is strange, but fun all the same. Lacuna Coil played the wedgewood rooms in Portsmouth, and we talk about it. The cowbell news involves a couple of teachers, a review of the Mario Bros Movie, and a lawsuit originating from a town called Batman. New equipment equals some new fail sadly. There are some technical issues which'll need to be resolved for future shows, however in my opinion its not as bad as once it was with the laptop fan. Anyways, the show includes another reason why Mike shouldnt be a singer/songwriter. It also has some talk about why Maplin's customer service sucks. We talk about Harry Redknapp leaving Portsmouth, the future of Portsmouth and other Portsmouth related stuffs. The news we talk about is the assassination plan on Obama failing, and why it was always going to. We talk about the Dr Pepper pledge, some more on Josepf Fritzl, a shit mother, we also talk about hit a jew day, and some more on the giant burger we talked about before. Music by Seether and Guns N Roses.

Theres also a story about Colin Powell doing a "hip-hop" routine, Some audio is played from the Howard Stern show who looked at why people are voting for Barack Obama (this really proves why black people want Obama to win). Speaking of Obama, he's quite funny, and theres audio of that as well. Remember that film, "The Man Who Sued God"...yeh! Music From: Will Smith and Aerosmith.

After that the stories get abit silly, with talk of an ikea rave party (What the shit?!), a small girl who grew cannabis from asda bought seeds (What the shit?!) and an elephant kicking its heroin addiction (What the shit?!). We then address a lawsuit in the music world by playing two similar sounding sounds back to back, are they similar? you decide. After the dual song break, we look at the poll which determined the coolest decade, and also a study about music tastes and personalities. We move on to the first set of album reviews that we cover. The albums covered are the new offerings from Black Stone Cherry and Slipknot. After the last song break we talk about the latest goings on in football, especially with Manchester City.
